A to Z Housekeeping is currently seeking qualified applicants for the following position(s): POSITION: House Cleaners - Level 1 Job Description: House cleaners will work in supervised teams, cleaning private homes and offices. Must be detail oriented and able to work in a team environment. Must be able to easily lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a fast-paced day. Minimum Requirements: Applicants must have at least 4 verifiable personal references and a verifiable work history. Applicants must be bondable. Employees must have transportation to our office or other designated starting point each morning as well as a way home each night. Employees must have either a telephone in their home or a cellular phone. Applicants must be able to work as scheduled, 5-6 days per week. Applicants must have presentable appearance and will be doing hard manual labor. Shift/hours: Varies, The usual starting time is 7 a.m. Shifts normally end between 3 and 5 p.m., but can go later. Duties include sales, computer and other support for outside employees, maintaining and updating computer database, processing payments locating addresses with computer programs and other tools. Duties may also include scheduling, mapping and preparing work orders for crews of cleaners. Minimum Requirements: Applicants must have at least 4 verifiable personal references and a verifiable work history. Applicants must be bondable. Position requires valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Good computer skills and knowledge of the Phoenix metropolitan area required. Applicants must be able to read, write and communicate well in English. Employees must have either a telephone in their home or a cellular phone. Applicants must be able to work as scheduled, 5-6 days per week. (Normally 5 days) Some Saturdays required. Shift/hours: To be discussed at interview.
